Thank you for visiting our gallery and studio. We are dedicated to providing unique and custom pieces of art, jewellery, and creative experiences. To ensure clarity, please review our return policy below:

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our art, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom or commissioned artwork. Each piece is created specifically to your specifications, making it a one-of-a-kind item that cannot be restocked or resold. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required following an approval of proposed work, including sketches and a well outlined engagement letter for the work. Remainder owning on a custom piece is to be paid in full before receiving the artwork. All Sales of custom work are final.

Repurposing materials: For custom jewellery pieces where the customer provides their own materials, we do not offer refunds of a deposit or finished work. We work closely with each customer to ensure that the final piece is crafted based on the specifications and engagements we’ve had throughout the process. In the event a customer is unsatisfied with the our work, we have done our best to create a unique piece of art based on these discussions and inputs and what was approved of to move forward. We strive to make sure each client is receiving a piece of jewellery they will cherish forever. As such, all sales are final.

Workshops: For any workshops or classes booked, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the class is cancelled by McRae Atelier. Please ensure you are able to attend before booking, as cancellations cannot be accommodated. Supplies are purchased in response to class enrolment

General Art Purchases: For art pieces that are not custom orders, please note that all sales are final, as each piece is unique to our gallery and studio.

Pottery Classes Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our pottery classes! We strive to provide an enriching and creative experience for all our participants. Please read our return policy below to understand how we handle cancellations and refunds.
No Returns or Refunds for Classes

Due to the nature of our pottery classes and the preparation involved, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for classes once purchased. Each class is carefully planned, and materials are prepared in advance to ensure the best experience for our students.

Why We Don’t Offer Returns:

Class Size & Scheduling: We limit the number of participants in each class to ensure a personalized and hands-on learning experience. When a spot is reserved, it prevents others from attending.

Materials & Preparation: We order specific materials for each student, including clay, glazes, and tools, which cannot be reused or resold if a student cancels.

In Case of Emergencies or Unexpected Circumstances:
We understand that life happens! If you are unable to attend a class due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot offer a refund, we may be able to offer the option to reschedule your class for a future date, depending on availability.
